TERMS:

  1. Invoices must be paid according to customer's terms.
  2. All orders will be shipped according to customer's account status.
  3. Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  4. 1.5 % service charge per month is assessed on all past due invoices.
  5. This agreement shall be overseen in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia.
  6. All returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 service charge.
  7. All claims must be made with 24 hours of receiving shipment.
  8. No invoice will be rendered for less than $35.00.

Orders placed with Blaydes Lock and Security acknowledge the above terms.

Prices:

  1. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. All quotes and bids are good for 45 days.

Price Disclaimer:

There is the possibility of a pricing error occurring on the web site. If an error occurs, i.e. incorrect decimal or just the wrong price, we reserve the right to change or correct the error at any time.

Locksmith-Only Products:

Locksmith tools will only be sold to licensed locksmiths.

Return Policy:

All customer returns must be authorized by a Blaydes sales representative. All returns will be given a return authorization number. Credits will be issued for agreed upon items that meet the return guidelines below. Blaydes Lock and Security will not be responsible for items returned without a return authorization number.

Return Guidelines

If an order is shipped incorrectly or there is an ordering mistake made by Blaydes Lock and Security, a full credit will be issued.

If an incorrect order is placed, a return is necessary, and it is not the fault of Blaydes Lock and Security, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

  1. All products must have been purchased form Blaydes in the previous 30 days.
  2. Items must be stock items. All special orders can be denied a return authorization number.
  3. All items must be returned in the way they were received (original packaging, no markings, and must not have been used)

Defective items are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. Blaydes Lock and Security is willing to send the items back to the manufacturer on the buyer's behalf.
